The purity gap
"99%+" printed on a listing means nothing without a chromatogram behind it. Truncated sequences, residual TFA and acetate counterions all hide inside a confident number.

The paper gap
A certificate for "a" batch is not a certificate for your batch. Undated, unsigned, un-lotted PDFs are marketing collateral, not analytical data.

The handling gap
Dry lyophilized peptide travels well — moisture and a broken seal are what ruin it. A crimp that lets air in, or a vial loose in a paper mailer, is a spec failure nobody documents.

Gate 01 — Synthesis & identity
Solid-phase synthesis to a written sequence spec, then identity confirmation by LC-MS before the batch is allowed to move. Mass must match theory within tolerance or the batch is scrapped, not discounted.

Gate 02 — Independent purity
A sealed retain sample goes to an outside ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab for reverse-phase HPLC. We do not run our own release purity number, because a vendor grading its own homework isn't data.

Gate 03 — Fill, lyophilize, seal
Sterile-filtered solution is filled into depyrogenated 3 mL borosilicate vials, lyophilized to a stable cake, then stoppered and crimped under inert headspace. Endotoxin and sterility are checked on the filled lot.

Gate 04 — Seal, pack & publish
The certificate is uploaded and made searchable before the lot is listed. Each vial goes out sealed under inert headspace, seated in a die-cut foam insert with desiccant and a tamper-evident seal — so what reaches your bench is what passed the first three gates.

Peptide impurity profiles are the difference between a clean result and a wasted quarter. Truncated sequences, deletion analogues and counterion load all show up as noise in your data long before they show up in a listing. So we spec them, test them off-site, and publish them — even when the number is 99.1% and not 99.9%.

Sealed lyophilized powder tolerates ambient temperature in transit, which is why it ships dry rather than chilled — keep it sealed, dry and out of light.
