Answers about material, paperwork and logistics.

Everything below is about what the material is, how it was tested, how it ships and how it is documented. Nothing below is about what any compound does — those questions are not answered here or anywhere else on this site.

A laboratory reference material: a lyophilized synthetic peptide or small molecule in a sealed 3 mL glass vial, with a printed lot number and a published certificate of analysis for that exact batch. It is not a drug, supplement, food, cosmetic or medical device.

Qualified researchers aged 21 or over, acquiring material for in-vitro laboratory research. You confirm this at the compliance gate and again at checkout. Orders that indicate an intended human or veterinary use are cancelled and refunded.

By reverse-phase HPLC at an independent contract laboratory — Janoshik Analytical or Colmaric Analyticals — with identity confirmed by LC-MS against theoretical mass. We do not run our own release testing. The method, wavelength and column are stated on each certificate so the figure can be interpreted.

Your lot. The number on the vial resolves to the analytical record for that batch, published before the batch went on sale. Look up any lot on the batch COA page.

A correctly lyophilized peptide, sealed under inert headspace with desiccant, is stable in dry ambient transit. Cold packs in a courier network arrive somewhere between frozen and warm, and a sweating gel pack is worse for a lyophilized cake than ambient shipping. We seal, desiccate and dispatch within 24 hours instead.

Sealed vials at 2–8 °C for working stock, −20 °C for long-term storage. Keep sealed, dry and out of light. Allow a cold vial to reach room temperature before opening so condensation does not settle on the cake.

No. PeakPulse Labs supplies no reconstitution, preparation, dosing, administration or application guidance of any kind, to anyone, at any order size. This is a firm policy, not a matter of support workload.

Dispatch within 24 hours of payment clearing. Tracked domestic shipping is $12, free over $200 after discounts. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.

Selected destinations only, and the buyer is the importer of record — responsible for duties, taxes and any local restriction on the material. Orders to destinations we cannot lawfully serve are cancelled and refunded in full.

Email support@peakpulselabs.com within five business days with the order number, lot number and photographs of the outer box, inner packaging and the vials as received. Confirmed damage or shortage is replaced, or refunded if the lot is exhausted.

No. Unopened, undamaged vials with an intact tamper seal can be returned within 14 days of delivery under the returns policy. Once a seal is broken, the material cannot be re-released and is not returnable.

Yes — automatically: −10% from five vials, −15% from ten, −20% from twenty-five, counted across the whole order. Custom fills, reserved lots, POs and net-30 are quoted on the bulk page.

Yes. We will send a sealed vial from the same lot to a laboratory of your choice at cost. Ask through the contact page.
