1. What these materials are

Everything PeakPulse Labs sells is supplied strictly as a laboratory research chemical for in-vitro use by qualified professionals. None of it is a drug, food, dietary supplement, cosmetic or medical device. None of it has been evaluated or approved by the FDA for any use. None of it is sterile, pyrogen-free or manufactured under pharmaceutical GMP, and none of it is suitable or offered for administration to humans or animals.

2. What we will not tell you

We publish no information about physiological, pharmacological, therapeutic or cosmetic effects of any compound we sell. We publish no reconstitution instructions, no solvent recommendations, no preparation methods, no dosing tables, no administration routes, no cycle or protocol guidance, and no comparisons framed around outcomes in humans or animals.

We do not answer those questions privately either — not by email, not by phone, not for large orders, not for repeat customers, and not when the question is dressed up as a hypothetical. The reply is a link to this page.

3. What you agree to when you buy

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You are a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of one, and you are acquiring the material for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research.
• You will not use the material, or permit its use, for human or veterinary consumption, or for any diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical or cosmetic purpose.
• You will not resell, repackage, relabel, compound or distribute the material for human or veterinary use.
• You are responsible for handling, storing, transporting and disposing of the material lawfully and safely, in accordance with your own institutional and jurisdictional requirements.
• You are responsible for confirming that possession and import of the material is lawful where you are.

4. Orders we refuse

We cancel and refund orders where the customer states or implies an intended human or veterinary use, asks for the material to be shipped in a form or format suited to administration, requests that labelling or documentation be altered or omitted, asks for the research-use statement to be left off, or requests dosing, preparation or protocol guidance as a condition of purchase. We also refuse orders that we believe are being placed for onward supply to consumers.

Accounts used to attempt any of the above are closed. We do not debate these decisions.

5. Why we are this strict

Federal enforcement in this market does not turn on the disclaimer, it turns on the evidence around it. FDA warning letters to peptide sellers have repeatedly concluded that products were intended for use as drugs — despite “research use only” labelling — on the strength of the seller’s own website copy describing physiological effects and health applications. Recent examples include letters to Gram Peptides (March 2026), Wholesale Peptide (June 2026), USApeptide.com (February 2025) and Summit Research Peptides (December 2024).

The practical lesson is that a supplier’s own marketing is the evidence used against it. So this site describes identity, analysis, presentation and documentation — and nothing else. That constraint is permanent and it is not negotiable at any order size.

6. Intellectual property and third-party rights

Compound names, CAS numbers and development codes are used here for identification only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or licence from any pharmaceutical company or trademark holder. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring their own use of a material does not infringe third-party patent or other rights in their jurisdiction.

7. Reporting a problem

If you believe material sold by PeakPulse Labs is being diverted for human use, or if you find a page on this site that reads as a health claim, tell us at compliance@peakpulselabs.com. Claims-shaped copy gets removed, not softened.
